Arrivals Process

  • Keys will be available in the key-lock situated on the left-side of the front door.
  • The key-code will be issued when your payment is received and booking confirmation is sent to you.
  • Arrival time: any time after 4pm
  • Departure time: by 10am on the morning of your departure
  • Complimentary Swan Welcome Pack:
    • 1 pint of semi-skimmed milk/5 tea bags/coffee and biscuits/salt/pepper
    • Wood-burner starter pack: kindling/firewood/firelighters/lighter

Option to purchase a Swan Food Pack (£15) – aimed to make your life easier knowing you have the basics available to make a brew and meal.

  • Semi-skimmed milk (1 litre)
  • Sliced Bread Loaf (white or wholemeal)
  • 1 dozen of free range eggs
  • 2 tins of Heinz baked beans
  • Fresh orange juice (1 litre)
  • Butter or margarine
  • Fruit punnet (blueberries/strawberries)
  • Yorkshire Tea (box of 40 bags) or fruit/herbal tea of choice (20 bags)
  • Small jar of Nescafe Gold Blend (caffeinated or de-caffeinated)
